Hello All! Purpose There are two kinds of commercial survey services offered here.
The first is for researchers who want plain straight data, for those who do not already possess WWW page access.
The second is for those who do possess a WWW site and want to add survey facility, but either can't because of host limitations, or don't know how, or don't want to go through the bother. For these sites the intent of thesurvey.com is to add content to your site. Surveys here are an extension to your site. A link at your site will point to your survey here. Your logo is displayed in the survey page. After completing the survey, the user is offered a link back to your site, or could be automatically switched there. The purpose is to avoid losing the user's 'train of content thought' of your site, to make your survey an 'interlude' while participating in your site. These options are available in the survey submission form. Rates Survey charges are based simply on a per hit basis. Prices are negotiable. A sliding scale is possible for high volume surveys.
A few 'test' submissions are of course permitted (in fact encouraged) at no extra charge. Hits are not counted until the survey is listed in the main menu and open to the general public. Payment Due Surveys are invoiced at the end of each month. Invoices are delivered via email and hardcopy. Payment in US funds is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payment will incur a 10% penalty. Certainly, international (non-North America) mailing may result in some delay. In such cases, 14 days are added to the time frame, and your local postmark determines the date of payment. Payments drawn on non-US banks will incur a $15 charge. Direct wire payments will incur a $10 charge. Thank you for your time and attention. |
