Natural disasters are stressful for even the best of us. So is filing an insurance claim after one. Does the insurance company claim procedures and/or representative add to that stress? This is the subject of this survey. The results will form the basis of a Doctoral dissertation, and may be used to change the way insurance claims are handled and claim representatives are trained.
